1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "User", "Account Holder") and gl99 ("the Platform", "the Company", "we", "us", "our") with respect to your use of the gl99 website, products, and services accessible at gl99.io.

By completing the registration process, accessing your gl99 account, placing any bet, making any deposit, or otherwise using any feature of the gl99 platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms. gl99 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point to confirm eligibility. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals.

3. Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on the gl99 platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same person — whether under the same name, different names, different email addresses, or different device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

When registering a gl99 account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, valid mobile number, and a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information at all times.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. gl99 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure. You must notify gl99 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.

gl99 reserves the right to perform Know Your Customer (KYC) checks at any stage of the account lifecycle, including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or following any unusual account activity. Accepted KYC documents include, but are not limited to, a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence issued by Bangladesh authorities.

4. Deposits & Payments

gl99 accepts deposits in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) only. All account balances, bets, and winnings are denominated in BDT. No currency conversion is applied to player funds at any point.

Supported deposit methods include:

• bKash — minimum deposit ৳200, instant processing
• Nagad — minimum deposit ৳200, instant processing
• Rocket (DBBL) — minimum deposit ৳200, instant processing
• Upay — minimum deposit ৳200, instant processing
• Bank Transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank) — minimum deposit ৳500, processing time 1–3 hours
• Visa / Mastercard — minimum deposit ৳500, processing time 1–6 hours

Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. gl99 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Any deposit identified as originating from a third party will be returned, and the associated gl99 account may be suspended pending investigation.

gl99 does not charge processing fees on deposits. However, your MFS provider or bank may apply its own transaction charges, for which gl99 accepts no responsibility.

gl99 reserves the right to impose maximum deposit limits at its sole discretion, particularly in connection with bonus eligibility, responsible gaming obligations, or risk management procedures.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted to a payment account registered in the same name as the gl99 account holder. gl99 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically processed within 24 hours of request approval. Bank transfers may take up to 3 business days.

gl99 reserves the right to withhold a withdrawal pending completion of identity verification (KYC). Players who have not completed KYC will not be able to withdraw funds until satisfactory documentation has been provided and verified.

7. Betting Rules

All bets placed on the gl99 sportsbook are subject to the following general rules, in addition to any sport-specific or market-specific rules published on the platform:

• Bets are final and binding once confirmed by the gl99 system. gl99 does not accept requests to void or amend bets after confirmation, except in cases of an obvious error on the part of gl99 (see below).
• gl99 reserves the right to void any bet placed at clearly erroneous odds — including odds resulting from a pricing error, data feed failure, or system malfunction — regardless of whether the bet has already been settled. Where a bet is voided, the stake will be returned to the player's account.
• Maximum stake limits apply on a per-market and per-event basis. These limits are displayed at the point of bet placement and may be updated by gl99 at any time.
• In-play (live) betting is offered on selected markets. gl99 reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time without notice, particularly during critical moments of a match or in the event of a data feed interruption.

• Using another person's identity, payment account, or financial instruments to access or fund a gl99 account.
• Colluding with other players for the purpose of manipulating betting outcomes or exploiting bonus offers.

• Exploiting errors in odds, game malfunctions, or system vulnerabilities for financial gain.

12. Account Termination

Any genuine real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be refunded to your registered payment method within 5 business days, subject to identity verification.

gl99 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or KYC.
